Mr.
Oram is a Principal of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, Inc. Mr. Oram leads the
LMREI originations team in the South East, Texas, and the Mountain States with
responsibility for the sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting, and closing
of equity and debt investments. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Oram has been
directly involved in the acquisition and origination of over $600 million in equity
and debt investments.
Prior to joining LMREI, Mr. Oram was a Director in the New York office of Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, a middle market investment bank. Mr. Oram was responsible for mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions, as well as providing specialized corporate finance advice.
Mr. Oram received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Economics degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
